Dec - Festive Month!
It's the time where everyone just splurge on good food ... Just eat and eat and eat. Haha ...  
Anyway, for this ... Tom Yum Seafood Noodle ordered by Serena, was actually normal..
This was the worse dinner we had at Cafe Cartel on a Sat Night where we waited more than half an hour for the food and not completed!
