There are different types of soup based but we chose Kimchi and Soyu. 

Soyu of coz is sweeter, just like the soup base for udon. 

I like kimchi- suit my taste :) 

Plus! free flow of meat and vegetables. 

I love the beef~ sliced thinly and easy to cook and eat. 

And we had ice cream to end it off - vanilla, chocolate or mixed! Haha.. So cool right?
