Went to Yilan Wine Museum around late noon.

It was pretty quiet but I found something interesting!
Making of my own waterproof coaster. The coaster sips in the cold water droplets from the cup, without making the table too wet :)

Looks super yummy and its only NT 139-NT 159 per set (depending on what you order)
*its buffet (unlimited drinks + ice cream & rice) 

Hotpot is good to have on a cold day!
Hehe...
