台中 16.11.12 + 台北 17.11.12 ♥ 0 comments

Back in I'lan on a rainy Sat to see this cute little dog named Nini.
Nini in her pink clothes bought in Taida Night Market~~

So to recap back...

Our final day in Taichung on 16.11.12, that comes with free Mac breakfast voucher! This place was really good! It's just like a package... A room + Scooter/ Tian Ma Farm Ticket (2) + Mac Voucher

Yippeee.... yummy and filling breakfast to start the morning off (:
Not forgetting to thank the wonderful dear of mine, who is willing to get off the bed just to walk over to claim this. Hehe~~

and my last pose with this cute banana!!! :)

Rode the scooter back to return and took a cab from Cao Ma Terminal to Tian Ma Farm. Cab fare cost us about NT700. Quite expensive but the place was pretty inaccessible and it wasn't near any stop point. So, it's always better to either share a cab or get a "package" to get the driver to drive you to different places like this, Lavender Cottage etc...

Opening Hours: 09:00-18:00 (closed on Wed)
Entrance Fees: NT200 (additional food to feed the animals at NT10 each)
Address:
1-36, ShuiTou Lane, JiaHou Rd, Waipu District (I guess this address will have to check again as it was reported that the current location of this farm will be moved due to illegal license issues)

Lucky that we were here before all the issues and news reporting in regards to farm.

Managed to catch the Hippo "show" - feeding time as this big hippo was hiding and sleeping somewhere till 2pm when it wakes up. See the big mouth opened up to wait for food~ and after all the feeding, it just went back to the water and lay down at the corner.

Animals found in the farm :)
Lots of Cao Ni Ma (the combination of a sheep and horse kind of animal) gathered under the shed... and the fur was really very soft~

We managed to grab one to self-take a shot and surprisingly it din move much till we finish taking. Isn't this lil sheep face animal cute?

our turn to feed them... just go up to any of them with the food and they will just walk towards you. haha... they can even stay still just for the food. It's just like they know if they don't move and take photo, they will be fed. many of them do this.

The brown one even blows air at my boy after the picture taken. haha... it was super sudden! lucky no saliva~

This is kangaroo~
The care-taker will actually carry her (or is it him) out for us to carry and we can really see the pocket. Kangaroos have pocket to put their baby in. What's more is that the nails are sharp... can feel it when the nails were like hooked to my leggings~

To mark the end of our day, we hitch a ride from this kind couple that is leaving. They even offered to go for dinner together but we need to make our way to Taipei already due to the time. Appreciate their kindness and help very much~ Especially to pick up strangers like us.

See the little girl beside me? The couple's daughter... and she was very cute... even listen to KTV songs in the car with the in-built screen. cool right?

Arrived at the train station! A tiring day with our heavy bags~
Estimated time of arrival in Taipei will be 7pm... close to 2 hours... (our tender butts hurt)

Tiring journey~ but like what my boy says... we had the experience of being a backpacker. haha... quite true enough though. However, I guess we still need to do more homework on being a backpacker.
Glad that my boy's sis picked him up at Jing Mei station, to put the stuffs at her room first before heading for dinner.

Welcome the pasta for our dinner~~ yummy yummy~ matched with a cup of Green Milk Tea

Decided to go over to Taida Night Market coz I had never been there too (located at Taipei Power Station)
and the crepe caught my eye! haha... however, I din realize that the one I ordered wasn't with ice cream, but still... ya... it was quite big, shared among 3 of us.

There you go! Choco Banana Crepe. Unless you are very hungry and very sure of finishing one yourself, else, this crepe can definitely be shared among 2 people.

So this was what happen to the soft toys in his sis' room after a night there~
a creation by the cheeky boy....

Totally drained out... time to get a good rest!
Good Night!!!
